FAQ
Does a brand ID cost anything?
No. openbrand.io/<id> is free and available on a first-come, first-served basis, regardless of your subscription plan.
Can I change my brand ID after claiming it?
Yes, anytime. The old address redirects to the new one for 14 days, then becomes available to claim again.
If my subscription expires, do my uploaded videos disappear?
No — your assets stay. After expiry: the watermark returns, large uploads are blocked, and custom domains unbind back to openbrand.io defaults. Existing videos remain visible but you can't upload new ones over 5MB.
What's the refund policy?
Subscriptions include a 7-day no-questions-asked refund window. Brand IDs are always free, so there is no purchase to refund.
Do you support invoicing and annual contracts?
Studio supports RMB and USD invoicing plus annual contracts. Email sales@openbrand.io to arrange.
